Sugar and Spice a Meeting so Nice
by Fabris Wowo
Upon entering the warm atmosphere of the Sugar and Spice Book Club Discussion, both of company and temperature alike, a cordial crowd of book club members and non-members was immersed in engaging discourse. The room was crowned with a panel of fairly new and veteran authors, such as David L., Joann Bellamy and Donna Hill respectively greeted everyone upon arrival.
The panel was articulate, friendly, interesting, and overall wonderful which was further confirmed, as the book club openly welcomed all guests for the day. One, author William Cooper, caught the attention of the crowd especially as he was eloquent, honest, and heartfelt. The panel was colorful each of them with similar and yet different backgrounds, writing styles and content, beliefs and opinions.
By the time the meeting had wrapped up, most participants were tired but all agreed the day had gone exceptionally well; all in all, a job well done by all parties.
